Stolen Trailers Loaded With Police Ammunition
INCIDENT #: 041205-1
DATE/TIME: 04/12/2005 at 01:00 Hours PDT
LOCATION: 11245 Southeast Highway, Portland, OR. 97070
LOOKOUT: Two 35' box trailers, OR. License plates # HR78147 and HU02690; "COMMERICIAL TRUCK LEASING AND RENTAL" Written on both sides.
The following vehicles were parked in the rear of a sporting goods store awaiting pick-up at the above date and time when they were stolen by unknown perpetrators by unknown means. The trailers were loaded with Remington 12 Gauge Shotgun Shells and black nylon gun cases from an ammunition contractor for the Portland Police Department.

NOTICE REGARDING FUEL PURCHASED ON IDAHO INDIAN RESERVATIONS
As of March 1, 2005, the retail fuel outlets listed below will not include the Idaho Fuels Tax in their pump price. This list includes retail outlets the Idaho State Tax Commission knows are located on Indian reservations in Idaho and are owned by either a tribe or an enrolled member of the tribe. Due to action taken by the United States Supreme Court on February 28, 2005, these retail fuel outlets are not required to pay Idaho fuels tax. If you buy untaxed fuel from a retail fuel outlet on this list and place the fuel in the supply tank of an IFTA qualified motor vehicle, you must report the fuel purchase in Section 3 of the IFTA return. However, you cannot report the fuel purchase as tax-paid fuel in Column 10 of the Idaho IFTA return. Fuel purchased at these retail outlets does not qualify for Idaho fuel tax credits on an IFTA return or a fuels tax refund on a Form 75.
